Salesforce Solutions Architect

Shift4 is expanding globally and we are building up our Salesforce teams! We are looking for a Solutions Architect ideally based at any of the following Shift4 locations:

Las Vegas, NV / Tampa, FL / Atlanta, GA / Morrisville, NC / Center Valley, PA

Responsibilities

The Solutions Architect has direct ownership over Salesforce solutions and strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and have a direct impact on major solutions and designs! The Solutions Architect will collaborate in an agile manner to solution business use cases, user stories, and resolve development blockers.

Day to day activities will include:

  • Act as a Salesforce Technical SME to inform business stakeholders of native Salesforce functionality as it relates to their business needs.
  • Refine/Groom technical user stories alongside product owners to fill the backlog.
  • Work as part of an agile team to resolve development blockers.
  • Make key build/buy and native vs custom recommendations.
  • Create and maintain design and architecture and best practice documentation.
  • Work with other technology groups to provide SFDC perspective on integrations and downstream system impact.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with at least a Platform Developer II or Salesforce Application Architect Certification.
  • Developer background with an emphasis on APEX
  • Agile experience is a must

Skills that are a plus to have

  • System Architect+ preferred.
  • CPQ Certification Preferred
