- NPI bring-up, drive the test activities in OSAT, manage the schedule of the tasks and co-work with BU at multi-countries to meet the schedule of NPI release to production and ramp-up. Responsible for program trial/debug, product setup file build, problem isolation, GRR/correlation, paperwork on production release.
- Sustaining production line in OSAT after NPI product release to mass production, support planning team for the production line planning. Responsible for throughput improvement on key products, yield improvement, troubleshooting on the setup and test program issues, hold lot disposition, cycle time improvement and meet customer requirement.
- Test program and hardware debug, highlight the issues to BU engineering teams, well communication on the problem and root cause to help oversea engineers well understanding the problem and shorten the problem solving time/efforts.
- New tester and hardware qualification to expand the production capability for the growing demand, review the qualification data and release for production to meet the planning strategy. Prepare the required hardware in advance based on planner loading plan.
- Maintain good relationship with OSAT, understand the issue at OSAT and help with the issue resolved.
- Support root cause finding for customer return on ATE.
- Support reliability tests on ATE in NPI phase and customer requirement.
- Has knowledge on high speed digital testing. Has knowledge on 93K testers for both final test and wafer sort. Be able to handle the issues from technical skill.
