Essential Functions:

  • Grow footprint of all Securitas Healthcare Solution Products
  • Establish a trusted advisor role with C suite and Departmental leaders
  • Become experts on SHS products and the value proposition they offer to healthcare
  • Provide timely updates to activity and forecast through SalesForce.com
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quota Required Skills and Experience (List out any required skills, experience, certifications, education, etc.)
  • Travel requirements about 60%

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 + years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably within healthcare
  • Ability to manage several sales cycles simultaneously
  • Customer services skills to help solve customer satisfaction issues to increase sales
  • Ability to deal well with ambiguity and function in a rapidly growing, dynamic business
  • Experience with selling solutions into the acute care setting
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Ability to lead a multifunctional and multidivisional team Company / Division

To Excel:

  • Understanding of basic electronics concepts is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are a plus.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are open to training enthusiastic individuals with transferable skills.
