Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a law clerk. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment, collaborate with our in house legal team, and develop essential skills in compliance and contracting in the healthcare setting. This position is 100% remote.

Essential Functions:

• Set up and organize global distributor / reseller compliance program for Securitas Healthcare
• Organize vendor onboarding process through vendor compliance screening platform
• Draft letters and otherwise communicate with relevant vendors regarding screening process
• Compile, organize list of distributors/resellers to be screened
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Matriculating juris doctor student

Duration and Compensation:

• 12-week paid internship
• Pay range: $16 to $20 per hour (35-40 hours a week)
