Job Description

We are looking for a talented Enterprise Renewal Manager, SMB & MidMarket to join our growing global team at Sectigo.

The Enterprise Renewal Manager, SMB & MidMarket delivers an exceptional customer experience at the time of renewal while creatively solving complex customer challenges, executing quarterly renewals goals through research, negotiation and management of subscription renewal quotes and contracts for our customers in the SMB & MidMarket space at Sectigo.

Please Note: The Reporting Manager and the Work Arrangement requirements may be modified and redesigned based on business needs to ensure operational flexibility and organizational effectiveness.

This is a full-time and in-office position, reporting to our Ottawa office 5 days a week.

This is an individual contributor role, reporting to our Manager, Enterprise Renewals, SMB & MidMarket.

This role offers an on target earnings (base salary and commission) of $70,000 - $80,000 based on achievements, subject to internal equity and years of experience. We may make further adjustments through an approval process if the targeted compensation range needs to be modified based on business needs, market trends, and assigned territory potentials.

Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:

  • Manage a portfolio of client renewals for assigned regions and territories from end to end, including identifying and helping mitigate roadblocks at an early stage to ensure successful and on-time delivery of processes and contract execution.
  • Partner with colleagues in customer success and sales teams to provide seamless support during renewals - especially in those renewal cycles that include expansion or add-on opportunity.
  • Identify and manage client stakeholders and build and maintain relationships with key individuals.
  • Review and understand contract terms and conditions, work closely with the finance and legal departments to ensure contracts are compliant, and manage contractual documentation.
  • Identify commercial opportunities to increase Customer’s utilization of our platform and work with the sales team to take advantage of any opportunities.
  • Pro-actively collect, analyze and share customer feedback with colleagues in the professional services, sales, and R&D teams.
  • Super user of Salesforce and LinkSquares to manager our CPQs through the renewal process.
  • Support the growth and further development and automation of renewal processes for the business.
  • Manages end-to-end forecast under your territory portfolio of client renewals.
  • Mitigating down sales and maintaining a strong baseline and increasing renewals.
  • Design and implement a data-driven sales plan that achieves revenue growth targets.
  • Define repeatable processes and playbooks to scale revenue growth and maximize sales efficiency.
  • Accelerate customer usage, adoption, and satisfaction while developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop presentations that clearly and concisely illustrate the value of our solutions to prospects and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate sales efforts collaboratively with Product, Marketing and Legal teams.
  • Use Salesforce to manage all aspects of a sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts on a weekly basis.
  • Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline is strongly preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales portfolio management experience selling software solutions or equivalent experience is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a sales pipeline and forecast accurately to executives.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales management tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment base.
