Job Description
We are looking for an Asset Management Specialist to join our growing global team at Sectigo.
The Asset Management Specialist oversees the maintenance of accurate inventory records, process updates, and ensure our core assets are properly stored and deployed.

This is a full-time and in-office position, working 5 days a week from our Chennai office.
Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records of all IT assets.
- Receive, evaluate, and assign asset tags to new and returned IT equipment.
- Perform location maintenance to prevent consumables and assets from being co-mingled.
- Assist in organization and maintenance of IT storerooms or warehouses.
- Pull stock and/or new items to fill parts lists for upcoming installations and projects.
- Process IT inventory surplus following proper procedures.
- Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in related field is strongly recommended.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT warehousing, material storage, inventory processing, and asset management.
- Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving, organization, communication, time management, and relationship-building skills
- Strong customer service skills and phone and email etiquette
