We are currently recruiting highly qualified candidates, whose background and career goals meet our needs, for the following position in our Huntsville, AL facility. Please note that due to our Department of Defense contract requirements, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.

Position Title: Mechanical Assembler

Position Overview:

Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, Coating, Ruggedization and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Operate various hand tools
• Perform repetitive task on assembly line
• Follow written instructions from formal procedures
• Lift and/or move materials usually not in excess of 15 pounds
• Successfully complete documentation associated with assigned work task

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Must be able to read and understand written documentation
• Must be willing to work occasional overtime
