Experience:
4 years in planning, purchasing or production control (electronic industry) and Inventory Control
Experience managing manufacturing processes,
productivity, and efficiency measurements
Knowledge:
-Oracle
-Kinaxis and APS
-Excel (Macros)
-APICS (Desirable)
-English 90%
Skills / Capabilities:
-Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reason and influence at all levels
-Knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures
-Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities

Activities / Responsibilities :
-Create a rolling 3-month Master Production Plan for designated products considering capacity and sales forecast.
-Perform supply demand analysis, what if analysis and propose delivery commitments
-Insure coordination with plant schedulers to execute Production Plan on a weekly and monthly basis monitoring actual output
-Support the S&OP process meetings and provide accurate production projections to calculate resources
