Our Fermoy, Ireland, facility is FDA registered and certified to ISO ISO13485:2016 for the manufacture of high-quality PCBAs, subassemblies and complete devices up to and including Class III medical devices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and develop the Time and Attendance role of the Plant to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Assist Ops Finance in other support activities and ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Responsible for all Plant Time and Attendance tasks and completion of output reports in a timely basis.
- Assist/support the Operations Finance function of the Plant by providing Management Information and assisting and completing ad-hoc financial tasking as required.
- Support and assist with process improvement initiatives as required.
- Work with all departments at the Fermoy plant to ensure all staff fully trained on MitreFinch Time and Attendance system.
- Liaise with HR, Payroll, GL, Plant Management and External bodies in a professional and appropriate manner while ensuring strictest confidentiality at all times.
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Legislation and Regulations.
MEASUREMENTS:
- Measurements will be tracked against plant metrics and MBOs tracked as per the annual appraisal process.
PERSONNEL SPECIFICATIONS:
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Previous experience in a Payroll or Time and Attendance role.
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant/Finance Analyst role.
- Payroll or Accounting qualification or in process of completing same.
Core Competencies:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to prioritise work, to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- High level of numeracy skills.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Confidentiality.
