Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, support and implement training, projects and activities to build good employee relations, employee motivations, teamwork and company culture
- Prepare and compile Training Needs Analysis ( TNA ) and development plan with department head for all level of staff to formulate annual organization training plan & calendar
- Keep interaction with department to make sure all training happens within schedule, otherwise update training calendar accordingly.
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback after training
- Compile, revise and improve the employee training manual and training system according to the company's requirements, keep training record and complete monthly / quarterly training report(training dashboard, buddy program report and so on).
- Manage and monitor HRDF Corp fund to optimize usage of funds inline with development strategies
- Develop learning strategies and learning method (coaching and on the job training) in line with thebusiness needs to enhance employees’performance and development
- Design and conduct training activity according to company training needs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong presentation skills and effectively bilingual in English and Malay Language
- Adapt with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
- Proficient with Google Office Suite and related program software
- Good communication skills with English & Malay in both writing and speaking
