Nature of Duties:

-Receives and Directs Visitors, salespersons, and customers to appropriate locations and parties

-Operates multiple phone line system. maintains a visitor log, and issues visitors badges

-Notifies personnel of visitor arrivals

-Books and schedules conference rooms

-Perform clerical and administrative duties

-Use of Company Intranet

-Additional duties may include; sorting, mail distribution, and special clerical projects

Requirements:

-2-5 Years of Reception experience

Salary Range (annual) : $45,760.00 - $58,240.00
