Job Overview:

Provides leadership and direction to the Process Architects (Global Business Systems Process Owners), ensuring strong end-to-end process ownership and cross-functional alignment. This role partners across all departments/areas of business to influence and support midterm process and systems strategy, enabling consistent, scalable, and efficient operations. The role leads cross-functional initiatives to improve and evolve enterprise processes, driving operational excellence while balancing strategic contribution with effective execution.

What The Job Is All About:

  • Provide leadership and oversight for cross-functional process ownership and governance, including end-user training and support, master data management, enterprise systems and software roadmaps. Direct prioritization, planning, and requirements standards, ensuring alignment across functions. Guide governance practices, testing strategy, monitoring, and reporting to support scalable and consistent operations
  • Provide leadership to align stakeholders across departments in support of enterprise process harmonization and cross-functional standardization. Influence decision-making and resolve alignment issues through governance and collaboration. Oversee documentation practices to ensure consistency with established guidelines and standards
  • Provide oversight and cross-functional leadership in partnership with Process Architects and IS development team to ensure effective planning, prioritization, and delivery of initiatives in alignment with agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for business requirements definition and prioritization for ERP and all integrated business applications working in collaboration with business leaders, Process Architects, IS leadership, Solution Architects Shape enterprise process and system design decisions to ensure alignment with organizational strategic direction and that are robust, scalable, interoperable with upstream and downstream value streams
  • Provide leadership and oversight to define and evolve global standards, documentation, KPI's and governance frameworks, including compliance and reporting requirements. Guide reporting practices and ensure progress and performance insights are communicated to appropriate levels of the organization to support informed decision-making
  • Make tactical and functional decisions within the area of responsibility, escalating significant risks or decisions impacting departmental strategy to next-level leadership
  • Build team capability and resilience, ensuring appropriate coverage, knowledge sharing, and continuity of support across the function
  • Lead cross-functional continuous improvement priorities to enable improved performance year-over-year
  • Assess emerging business needs and enable process or system improvements to support scalability and future growth
  • Contribute functional and technical input to leadership level budget and strategy discussions, supporting midterm (and occasionally long-term) planning and alignment with established budgets
  • Provide people leadership for the team, including setting clear expectations, managing performance, supporting development and career growth, and contributing to hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning within the function. Coach and mentor team members, foster engagement and accountability, and ensure work is delivered in alignment with functional priorities
  • Monitor and support adherence to the established budget within the area of responsibility

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience leading teams and/or providing functional leadership across complex initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Business Technology Management or related discipline Master’s degree in related disciplines considered an asset
  • Experience in a management consulting or advisory environment (e.g. large professional services organizations or transformation-focused environments), with demonstrated involvement in business process assessment, redesign, and facilitation of change across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, (business processes, applications and integrated tools)
  • Demonstrated expertise in project delivery oversight, master data management, and cross-functional process design
  • Experience acting as a change leader, guiding cross-functional teams through process and system transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Proven experience translating business needs into scalable, actionable system requirements
  • Strong systems thinking and end-to-end, enterprise-wide process mindset
  • Collaboration, cross-functional influence and change leadership
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP, and integrated business applications
  • Organizational business processes knowledge
  • Background in electronics manufacturing or configuration assembly
  • Formal change management and process improvement skills

Salary Information:

The pay range for this role in Canada is: $110,000 - $140,000 CAD

The listed salary reflects the pay range for a role based in Canada. Compensation may differ based on alternate locations if listed. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, knowledge, and role-specific qualifications, and may be adjusted to recognize candidates accordingly.
