Job Overview

The IS Analyst supports Ross Video’s enterprise reporting and data enablement by gathering data requirements from business users and translating them into actionable business intelligence solutions. This role designs, develops, and supports reports, dashboards, alerts, and analytical models; maintains and expands the enterprise data warehouse; and helps ensure high-quality, trusted data through governance and cleansing activities. The IS Analyst also supports end users by resolving issues related to Infor LN and Power BI and by partnering with functional stakeholders to improve data-driven decision making.

What The Job Is All About:

  • Gather data requirements from business end users
  • Design and deliver Business Intelligence solutions, including Reports, Alerts, Cubes and Dashboards
  • Maintain and expand the Data Warehouse
  • Resolve issues with Infor LN and Power BI identified by end users
  • Support data governance and data cleansing activities

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of three years of experience with SQL, SSRS/SSIS
  • Strong knowledge of BI platforms, cubes, OLAP, and Power BI
  • Technical experience with ERP applications (Infor LN, SAP, Dynamics)
  • Functional skills (Finance, Inventory, Operations or Sales)
  • Knowledge of integrations, APIs and ETL
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve application issues
  • Experience with IT Service Management processes and procedures
  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Experience with enterprise data governance frameworks and master data management practices
  • Experience supporting financial reporting and cross-functional operational analytics

Salary Information:

The pay range for this role in Canada is: $78,000 - $97,000 CAD

The listed salary reflects the pay range for a role based in Canada. Compensation may differ based on alternate locations if listed. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, knowledge, and role-specific qualifications, and may be adjusted to recognize candidates accordingly.
