The Inside Sales Specialist contributes to the smooth execution of day-to-day inside sales activities through administrative, coordination, and sales support. What the job is all about:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the inside sales team
- Prepare, process, and track quotes, proposals, contracts, and sales orders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and opportunity data in CRM systems
- Respond to basic customer enquiries related to orders, pricing, and product information
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations, customer support) to support order processing and issue resolution
- Support reporting, pipeline updates, and general sales team organization
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and documentation
Who you are:
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to CRM systems is an advantage but not required
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with internal teams and customers
- Ability to remain organized and positive in a fast paced environment, with support from the wider team
- Customer focused mindset with a positive and professional approach
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and products
- Strong team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to a supportive team environment
- Selfmotivated with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm to build a career in sales
- Comfortable receiving feedback and developing skills with guidance and support
Bonus points if you have the following:
- Some exposure to supporting a sales, customer service, or account management team (through work experience, internships, or placements)
- Interest in B2B sales environments and commercial processes
- Basic understanding of sales concepts, reporting, or pipeline management (training will be provided)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, order management, or contract processes is a plus, but not required
- Experience working with cross functional teams or in a collaborative office environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English is required; an additional European language is an advantage
