As an Assembler - PCB, you will work with a team and prepare parts and printed circuit boards (PCBs) to be wave soldered or inserted at the electronic insertion machine.

What the job is all about:

  • Operate the wave and electronic insertion machines in a single or dual capacity
  • Collecting data on defects would be included with inspection
  • Operate a press fit, aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jigs, fixtures, or other holding devices and crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, press fits or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place
  • Connect component lead wires to printed circuit or routes and connect wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact points
  • Assemble and attach hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches to assemblies
  • You will also assemble cables, heat sinks and power supplies for finishing
  • Test assemblies using dedicated test stations
  • Perform Final Inspection involving inspecting all through-hole components for orientation, correct component placement and ensuring that all finishing is completed properly
  • Learn all new processes and Manufacturing technology
  • Adhere to all Ross Video Safety protocols and maintain ESD practices

  • Able to work a rotational shift schedule
  • Highschool diploma

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment and Electronics Assembly
