The Regional Sales Manager, Brazil is a key member of the Latin American Sales team and is directly responsible for driving sales growth in Brazil.
This role works closely with the Director of Sales, Latin America, and is part of the front-line sales team that works hand in hand with Ross customers and business partners in South America. The Regional Sales Manager, Brazil has an advanced understanding of the regional and cultural factors that influence commercial sales of Broadcast solutions in the local region. This role will act as a customer-facing representative of Ross Video, responsible for building strategic, long-term relationships with customers through in-person and virtual, site visits and meetings to promote the sale of Ross solutions. This role is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales goals, building strategic business relationships, and implementing all sales and channel strategies in their region.

Who you are:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a complex sales environment, with at least 3 years in a direct sales role responsible for selling live production equipment and solutions in the Latin American market, ideally in Brazil.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and annual quota retirement.
- Deep knowledge of Sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Proven track record in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, and account development.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and business partners.
- Extensive experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning.
- Practical knowledge of the live production industry, including familiarity with key components used in production applications, product lines, key accounts, and competitors of Ross Video.
- Experienced user of CRM software (ideally Salesforce.com) and ideally, practical experience producing complex quotes using these tools.

Bonus points if you have the following:
- Bilingualism in English and Portuguese is essential; additional languages applicable to the region are an asset (e.g. Spanish)
- Engineering degree related to the broadcast and pro A/V industry desirable
- Knowledge in audio/video standards and protocols.
Other:
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally to customer sites and/or major tradeshows and events.
- The preferred candidate must be an independent contractor and incorporate a company in Brazil and will be compensated upon receipt of a monthly invoice.
