Job overview:

Ross Video is looking for a product specialist to be the front-line representative of Ross Video’s sports replay solutions. The incumbent will support market research and gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements, working under guidance from senior product and business development leads. These aspects of the role will be as important as helping to drive revenue and supporting the sales process. The candidate will be highly customer facing, and working closely with the business development, product management and solutions teams to secure the long-term success of the product line.

What the job is all about:

• Promote Ross Video’s range of sports replay solutions to customers worldwide.
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to future development.
• Maintain relationships with key customers over time.
• Work closely with the sales teams on sales opportunities to drive revenue.
• Represent Ross Video at trade shows and industry events.
• Develop materials to support the sales process including documents, videos, and any other materials.
• Increase the knowledge of our propositions and USPs within Ross Video and our partner network.

Who you are:

• Experienced replay operator in live sports environments.
• A network of contacts in various organizations in the sports and live events market.
• Strong knowledge of professional sports production workflows both in-venue and broadcast.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and contribute to team goals, with guidance from senior team members.
• A strong knowledge of a broad range of sports popular worldwide.
• Strong understanding of other professional media production workflows.
• Ability to work on a team and build networks within an organization.
• Established ability to enthusiastically learn technical concepts quickly.
• Comfortable with presenting product features and benefits to customers and internal teams.
• Thrives in a rapidly changing environment.
• A genuine enjoyment of travel and meeting new people.

Bonus points if you have the following:

• Experience working for a technical B2B equipment vendor.
• Solution architecture experience.
• Marketing or sales experience.
• Knowledge of cloud and VM environments.
• Additional languages a big advantage.

• Full driver's license.
• Native level spoken and written English.
• Valid passport.
• Permission to live and work in the UK or EU.
