The Rohde & Schwarz Sales Support Team, consisting of experienced Inside Sales Specialists, supports field sales by driving business within a defined geographic or account-based territory. Using the same consultative selling model as our outside sales team, the Inside Sales Specialists are an integral part of our success. Based remotely in the Four Corners region of the US, this is an ideal position for an experienced technical sales professional who has a passion for sales but prefers reduced travel and a stable salary.

Your tasks

• Targeted business development activities geared towards short- and long-term business initiatives
• Prospect for sales opportunities leveraging our existing customer base
• Assist with new product introductions & initiatives
• Execute sales campaigns
• Provide sales support per the needs of the assigned Field Sales teams
• Lead generation and follow up
• Document relevant activity within CRM to ensure accurate records of sales conversations
• Content creation to support strategic projects
• Support technical training activities remotely and on occasion in person
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years of technical sales experience in Test and Measurement or related industry
• Highly self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel 10% of the time
• In order to the considered, candidates must reside in the US and have US citizenship (customer requirement)
