Our offer
- You manage the end-to-end proposal process, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring accurate pricing and profitability for complex solutions
- You organize and lead meetings to drive the offer process forward
- You track progress, actions, and responsibilities to ensure accountability and timely delivery
- You prepare and facilitate decision meetings, including go/no-go assessments, bid decisions, and offer approvals
- You prepare key documentation such as stakeholder lists, decision proposals, and compliance matrices
- You collaborate closely with technical sales and system engineering on solution selection, pricing coordination, and margin calculations
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Project Management
- You bring proven experience in sales, offer management, or project management in a dynamic environment
- You have a strong track record in bid or proposal management, sales support, pre-sales, or project management within solution-based systems
- You structure competitive bids effectively and use strong organizational skills to manage complex proposals
- You understand pricing models and margin requirements and quickly grasp technical and compliance aspects of solutions
- You communicate clearly in writing and verbally, build strong stakeholder relationships, and use CRM and pricing tools to streamline the proposal process
