Other : Senior Project Manager - Maritime

Your tasks

• Reporting to the Program Manager, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for management of Rohde & Schwarz Australia delivery of the Program to time, cost and quality (TCQ). In this role, you will:
• Manage all project activities and risk to ensure achievement of all project objectives and milestones.
• Lead the project team including engineers, technicians and project support staff to create revenue through managing and coordinating projects to TCQ.
• Conduct regular project performance reviews to ensure the project is on track.
• Develop costings, proposals and plans for Contract Change Proposals (CCPs).
• Collaborate with Sales, Service and other functions to generate value for our customers.
• Develop and continually improve stakeholder relationships including internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Manage customer relations related to information, deliveries, reviews, contract amendments, and claims.
• Drive results by showing initiative and achieving results reliably, with broad perspective, pragmatism and persistence.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering, or similar.
• Recognition as a Project Management Practitioner
• Previously delivered projects with value greater than $10 M
• Exposure to Earned Value Management methods
• Experience in leading project teams comprising 15 or more staff
• Project Organisation Management
• Project Planning
• Project Monitoring and Control

• Subcontractor Management incl Subcontract Definition & Head Contract Alignment
