Sales and Product Management : Wireless Test Engineer*- Columbia, MD

Your tasks

• Wireless Test Engineer, Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc., Columbia, MD: Support R&S mobile test instruments for 5GNR, LTE and other wireless technologies; Work closely with our engineering teams to design and develop test cases, test tools and test environments with a specific focus on automation for the R&S mobile communications wireless test platform; responsible for Automation framework development and its maintenance along with new feature/test integration. The position requires a minimum of a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or any related occupation, to include: 2 years of experience in QXDM; 2 years of experience in NR5G – sub6 & mmW; 2 years of experience in LTE and LTE advance; 2 years of experience in VoLTE/VoNR; 2 years of experience in Standalone and Non-standalone feature support; and 2 years of experience in Python scripting and Linux commands. Work may be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. One trip per year abroad. Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. Experience may have been gained concurrently.
