Construction : Mechanical Designer (m/w/d)

Your tasks

• Mechanical and electrical conceptual development of next-generation oscilloscopes, in close collaboration with project management, hardware engineering, and product management
• Sub project lead mechanical design of oscilloscopes
• Definition of work packages, monitoring of adherence to time and costs
• Product documentation and option definition
• NPI (new product introduction) in close collaboration with manufacturing
• Product sustaining of devices already produced in series

Your qualifications

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering or comparable field of study
• Practical experience in development and design processes
• skills in CAD, ideally with the software NX, as well as knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes
• Knowledge and experience in the field of plasic injection molding
• Basic knowledge of EMC shielding
• You enjoy leading sub-projects and solving challenges together in an agile team
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
