Your tasks

  • Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
  • Sales, after sale and business promotion for R&S T&M in all related market segments in Pakistan
  • Performing customer presentation on R&S T&M to customers (pre-sales and after sales)
  • Define and implement business plan to address all customers
  • Prepare technical and commercial offers, competitive products comparison and participate in tenders
  • Conduct & arrange sales visits, seminars, exhibitions/conferences, workshops and propose marketing actions
  • Provide regular sales forecast, project pipeline and activity report to Management
  • Prepare, maintain and update all opportunities and offers in C4C on monthly basis
  • Maintain and update customer database in C4C
  • Achieve technical qualification levels as and when required
  • Continuous follow up of existing customer and generate and nurture new lead
  • End to end order processing, order placement, follow up, shipment, acceptance & training of Foreign currency orders till the closing of contract
  • Support in end to end order processing, order placement, follow up, shipment, acceptance & training of local currency orders till the closing of contract
  • Contract negotiation and preparation
  • Propose and execute the sales strategy
  • Explore, develop and improve the market for assigned market segments
  • Achievement of order intake
  • Promote R&S T&M solutions
  • Analyze customer requirements and promote solutions
  • Analyze market competition and prepare strategy
  • Keep up to date on market and technology trends
  • Make competitive analysis
  • Timely completion of projects
  • Timely release of Bid bond, Performance BG & payments from customers
  • Develop strong links with other sales teams in R&S MEA
  • Develop in-depth knowledge about the R&S products
  • Know the latest technology trends in the related application area and competitor’s offerings
  • Local coordination of Marcom activities
  • Disciplinary and functional leadership of sales department staff
  • Responsible for competence development of sales staff within the department
  • Plan the technical trainings of sales staff on yearly basis

Your qualifications

  • Job Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Electrical/ Electronic, Network or Telecom technology, or a comparable field
  • Experience of Test & Measurement market is mandatory
  • Technical knowledge in satellite and GSM communication will be an advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in similar field, work experience in a matrix environment is a plus
  • Driven for results and highly oriented to teamwork and group collaboration
  • Proven experience in leading a team of skilled individuals
  • Working knowledge of project management tools & techniques with good grasp of organizational structures
  • Great social and networking skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and independent
  • Effective ability to work with people of different levels to address issues and to attend amicable solutions
  • Exposure to procurement and sourcing of technical goods and services
  • Is prepared to travel and be on the road for extended periods overseeing and driving project successes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English is primary to round off your profile; other Central European languages are welcome German and Arabic language knowledge are a plus but not mandatory
