Software Development : Intern DevOps Engineering (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Help to create and maintain a system that allows an existing software component to run inside a simulated virtual environment (e.g. via docker, VM or Kubernetes)
• Maintain and enhance build and deployment pipelines for several software components for simulated environment to support the team
• Research on optimum ways to provide simulated environment to user
• Provide support to improve the tool chain for useability for building and spawning simulated sw component

Your qualifications

• Enrolled student in computer science, informatics or comparable field of studies
• Good programming experience in Python / C or C++ / bash
• Familiarity with Linux is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with following tools (i.e Docker /Kubernetes /Virtual Machines) are preferred
• A foundational understanding of DevOps practices and tools would be a plus
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
• Good command of spoken and written English and/or German
