Your tasks
- Lead the development and execution of Test & Measurement strategies, overseeing equipment, solutions, and service sales within the New Zealand market.
- Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with organizational goals and maintain a competitive edge in the industry. You will be required to perform the following duties that are necessary for your Position, as varied from time to time:
- Test & Measurement (Division 1) growth / OI targets
- Market and Applications Segment responsibilities may vary from time to time in line with global sales strategy.
- Growth of Rohde & Schwarz market share in New Zealand
- Provide leadership and guidance to business on the New Zealand region
- Collaborate and support Technology Systems (Division) 8 business in New Zealand
- Meet/exceed sales targets
- Optimize customer satisfaction
- Market and competition intelligence within the region
- Manage personal inputs to the Rohde & Schwarz SAP C4C CRM system.
- Exemplify company Sales behavior in the marketplace.
- Effective & efficient use of resources
- Increase local capability
- Protect existing accounts and relationships.
- Build effective networks within target accounts and map those accounts in the SAP C4C tool

Your qualifications
- Good communicator. Strategic market development and sales experience is essential – Must be comfortable in driving change for entrepreneurial outcomes. Strong history of sales achievement and demonstrated market development with new customers.
- Team player who is motivated and enthusiastic in taking on a new direct territory to grow RSAUS New Zealand market.
- Must have strong technical customer expertise in the wide based Electronic Design engineering market as well as strong technical knowledge in both RF and DC / Low Frequency test. Broad knowledge of RF, Cellular and Non-cellular communications and IoT standards and test methods and solutions.
- Desirable: Ability to hold a Baseline Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
