Sales and Product Management : Product Manager (m/f/d) Antenna and Over-The-Air Test

Your tasks

• Increase Rohde & Schwarz (R&S) market share in the Antenna Over-The-Air test segment within the Aerospace & Defense and Automotive market
• Collaborate with specialist departments and sales organizations to contribute to the product portfolio strategy
• Analyze the current market and competitive landscape to derive product requirements and a roadmap in conjunction with R&D
• Coordinate technical and commercial collaborations with customers and partners to drive business growth
• Develop sales and marketing collateral and oversee new product introductions and manage the entire product lifecycle
• Develop and implement product pricing and Go-to-Market strategies, coordinating activities with development, sales and marketing teams

Your qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification
• Relevant international experience in product management, or system engineering, preferably within the Aerospace and Defense industry
• In depth knowledge of OTA and Antenna test technologies for satellite and radar applications, 5G/6G
• Entrepreneurial and action-oriented mindset paired with a good understanding of business trends and market dynamics
• Experience in building and maintaining a successful partner ecosystem would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, combined with diplomatic and political tact
• Fluent written and spoken English is necessary, good German language skills are an advantage
