Your tasks
- Increase the telephone support capacity of the GSD to offer better support times and higher performance
- Backup for other Support teams
- Overtake worldwide soc level one (categorize possible cyber attacks)
- Support the serviceNow developement team
- Realize remote support based on Tickets and translator function
- Support international chat support

Your qualifications
- University degree in IT or similar education
- Experience in 1st level support based on microsoft windows
- Experience in the developement of serviceNow incident- and request models could be an advatage
- Teamplayer
- German skills can be an advantage
