Information Technology : 1st level support for global service desk and support management

Your tasks

• Increase the telephone support capacity of the GSD to offer better support times and higher performance
• Backup for other Support teams
• Overtake worldwide soc level one (categorize possible cyber attacks)
• Support the serviceNow developement team
• Realize remote support based on Tickets and translator function
• Support international chat support

Your qualifications

• University degree in IT or similar education
• Experience in 1st level support based on microsoft windows
• Experience in the developement of serviceNow incident- and request models could be an advatage
• Teamplayer
• German skills can be an advantage
