Information Technology : Scrum Master / Proxy Product Owner

Your tasks

• Serve as a Scrum Master for our web development team, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Coach mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and innovation.
• Help PO to prioritize the backlog and meet business outcomes
• Help the PO to write requirements in an appropriate format
• Work with internal and external development team to break down complex requirements into manageable tasks
• Help the team to define and meet DOD/DOR and support them by removing impediments
• Identify dependencies and ensure no delays in accomplishing sprint goals
• Track the velocity: Make sure user stories delivered incrementally within the sprint

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in engineering, computer science or similar qualification with IT background
• Outstanding communication skills, great ability to work in an international team and agile mindset
• At least 3 years experience as Scrum Master in web application and CMS projects
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (especially in Scrum)
• Experience acting as a proxy product owner or closely collaborating with Product Owners in Agile environments
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and experience with CMS platforms
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is a plus.
