What you'll do:

  • Facilitate all serviceability and site check activity for internal and external clients
  • Foster a better customer experience by providing a one-stop solution for serviceability requirements
  • Work with Technical Operations to ensure completion of site surveys within the 1-business-day interval
  • Coordinate complex and bulk site check requests across regions
  • Collaborate with Planning to provide necessary information for build-related activities
  • Respond to employee and client inquiries via phone, email, and Salesforce chatter feeds (@NSR)
  • Provide detailed reporting on serviceability and build activities
  • Conduct audits of outstanding site check activity and engage appropriate teams for resolution
  • Remain attentive to sales opportunities and contribute to improved client engagement
  • Work with Business Field Management to coordinate escalated issues and ensure timely resolution

What you'll have:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of CBS and commercial planning
  • Familiarity with Shaw plant infrastructure is an asset
  • Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
  • Experience with Salesforce and project tracking tools is an asset
