The Delivery Engineer will primarily be responsible for executing on project tasks as laid out by the Design and Engineering Team and the PMO Team. This role will also provide feedback to Design and Engineering for the purpose of improving designs for future deployments. The Delivery Engineer must possess degree or diploma in Network Computing, computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering or a field related to the industry and five years of related experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Executing on project tasks as laid out by Management and the PMO Team.

  • Providing feedback to Design and Engineering for the purpose of improving designs for future deployments.

  • Provide onsite resources as required to complete project delivery.

  • Provide pre-sales engineering to ensure customers requirements are correctly factored into all designs and solutions.

  • Delivering documentation required to pass completed projects to the Support Team, including Diagrams, eView Setup and other documentation.

  • Escalation point for the Support Team.

  • Perform security and quality control testing.

  • Provide orientation to new users of existing technology.

  • Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

What you'll bring:

  • Degree or diploma in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, web design, or a field related to the industry.

  • Five years of related experience.

  • Certifications or licences appropriate to industry.

  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical members of the organization.

  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

  • High level of integrity and work ethic.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.

  • Demonstrated time management skills.

  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.

  • Must have a valid Drivers Licence and own a car.

  • Attendance and conducting of presentations.

  • Extended periods of sitting.

  • Operation of desktop computer and peripherals.

  • Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Working in a busy office environment with frequent interruptions.

  • Lifting/Carrying heavy computer equipment.

  • Working in various customer environments.

  • Occasional overtime.

  • Occasional travel and overnight travel.

  • French Language would be an asset.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days in office work best for you!
