What you will do:

  • Prepare and complete action plans with Account Executives to meet and exceed Annual Targets​
  • Advise on Market/Competitive Conditions that effect annual targets/negotiations​
  • Review Industry and Region specific trends and analysis by working with MA Director and Finance regarding Expiring Bulk Rates, New Construction Sales, M/A Portfolios and Residential Sales Targets renewal strategies.​
  • Drive revenue and opportunities to other Rogers Lines of Business

What you will bring:

  • Establish employee objectives, complete Performance Reviews​
  • Providing leadership, support, coaching and training to Account Executives and Support AE’s with client relationships​
  • Plan and review compensation plans, enforce policies and procedures, advise on compensation increases and address any performance issues ​
  • Enhance relationships with key business partners​
  • Develop and execute sponsorship and client events​
  • Maintain relationships with key Associations (EOLO, GOHBA, BOMA) and attend Association/Client Functions​
  • Develop, implement and manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales reporting.​
