Job Description

Overview:

Integrated Master (IM) is Renesas’s global master data management (MDM) system. MDM establishes a single, trusted source of critical business data and seamlessly feeds this data into systems across the company.

We are now implementing a new MDM system to better meet our evolving business needs. This means migrating master data from IM to the new platform. To support this transition, we are seeking an experienced individual to manage and operate IM throughout the migration period, ensuring stability until the new system is fully operational.

This is a high-impact position, as you will sit at the center of all master data—the information that touches every system across the company. Your work will directly influence and shape the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage IM as the central source of master data across the organization
  • Oversee daily operations and monitor system performance throughout the transition
  • Support global stakeholders by coordinating data processes and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance and system reliabilities

Qualifications

  • Experience operating enterprise data platforms, with familiarity in cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
  • Technical skills (ex. Python, SQL, ETL tools, JSON, and REST APIs)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability to ensure stable operations
  • Effective communication skills in English, including clear reporting and collaboration with global teams
