Job Description
Join our dynamic Power & Analog Engineering team and play a key role in bringing next-generation silicon products to life. We’re looking for a skilled engineer who thrives in the lab, enjoys hands-on problem solving, and is excited to shape the performance of cutting-edge power and mixed-signal devices used worldwide.
- Implement power electronics circuits for chip-level validation and performance testing.
- Perform physical silicon device evaluation and validation at chip and board level.
- Design and develop evaluation boards using Altium Designer to verify technical specifications and power delivery performance.
- Develop Python-based automation tools for measurement and data analysis.
- Debug and document errata; propose and implement workarounds for device-level issues.
- Prepare datasheets, validation reports, and technical documentation to support product enablement.
- Collaborate with Design, Test, Product, and Quality Engineering teams to resolve product issues.
- Support customers during design-in and ramp phases through technical guidance.
Qualifications
- Min. 3 years of experience
- Expertise on lab instruments and measurement methods(Oscilloscope, PSU, Network Analyzer, etc)
- Strong knowledge for power topologies especially for Bucks, Boosts, LDOs and ADC’s.
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB Design using Altium Designer.
- Familiar with software development using Python and Git for version control.
- Mastered basic job duties
- Work independently on straightforward tasks, with little direction from manager
- Can exercise judgement within defined procedures to determine best action
- Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Results-oriented and able to deliver on-time under tight schedule
- Ability to work both independently and part of a team
- Flexible to undertake occasional international travel at short notice
- Excellent command of verbal and written English
- Ability to propose innovative solutions
- Concise and precise communication skills within multi-site and multi-cultural environment
