Job Description
Renesas Electronics America is looking for an exceptional HR Manager to provide on-site HR support to business leaders and staff at our Palm Bay, FL location.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding business unit specific priorities, challenges, and goals.
- Partnering with employees, business leaders, COE’s, and HR Business Partners to provide support on a broad range of employment topics (e.g. performance management, restructuring, talent assessment, policy interpretation, etc.).
- Addressing local HR issues and ensuring the delivery of a consistent employee experience.
- Supporting local recruitment efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners.
- Monitoring changes and trends in local legislative requirements
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years HR Generalist experience
- This is an-onsite position for candidates in Palm Bay, Fl.
- Ability to build strong, credible relationships quickly at all levels of the organization
- Possess knowledge of principles and procedures for employee recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits
- Familiarity with state and federal employment regulations
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasion and influencing skills
- Experience in leading Employee Relations investigations
- Organized and able to multitask with deep attention to detail
