Job Description
Position: CSR Admin/ 1 year TEMP
Primary Responsibilities (CSR Admin Level)
- Support GCO /sales team with operational tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and basic supply/demand tracking.
- Assist in maintaining data by performing regular updates, validations, and simple alignment checks.
- Handle customer order data, ensuring accuracy in system entries, order status monitoring, and timely communication of changes.
- Provide administrative support in resolving delivery issues by coordinating with internal team.
- Prepare summary reports for specific products or projects as requested.
- Ensure accurate handling, filing, and distribution of order- and forecast-related data.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Degree in business, marketing, finance or similar field.
- Demonstrated talent for customer service, sales support, or similar functions.
- Good team player with the ability to work in teams and cross regions with a proactive approach
- Ability to adapt to change, work across different ERP systems, reports & procedures in a fast-paced environment with a good resilience to stress.
- strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in data accuracy
- Advanced command of English both spoken and written. Demonstrating clear and concise written and verbal communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Skillful at MS Excel along with other MS Office products.
- Preference: Familiarity with SAP, Model N, Salesforce or Power BI is an added advantage.
