- Perform wafer-level electrical and thermal characterization of discrete MOSFET prototypes using wafer probe station and Keysight B1505A power device analyzer.
- Perform electrical and thermal characterization of packaged MOSFET prototypes using Keysight B1506A power device analyzer and Keysight double pulse tester.
- Characterize MOSFET electrical performance in various power electronics application circuits.
- Compile measurement results for review by MOSFET device design and product development teams.
- Work closely with device engineers to develop and implement robust MOSFET characterization methodologies.
- Fundamentals of semiconductor devices
- Power MOSFET electrical and thermal parameters and ratings
- Power electronics circuits
- Power semiconductor device test and characterization equipment and methodologies:
- Lab Safety Procedures
- JEDEC and/or MIL-STD Test Standards for Discrete MOSFETs
- Manual or Semi-Automated Wafer Probe Station
- Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer / Curve Tracer
- Digital Oscilloscope
- Programmable Power Supply
- Function Generator
- LCR Meter
- Cabling
- Soldering
- Printed Circuit Board Design
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- LabVIEW, Python or similar programming for data acquisition
- JMP statistical analysis software
US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Pursuing degree or relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or relevant field
