Job Description

As a Sales Operations Analyst at Renesas, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and optimizing our sales processes. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, developing insights, and implementing strategies to improve sales performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry.

  • Support Sales Strategies: Assist in the deployment and execution of sales strategies, ensuring sales teams are accountable and aligned with company goals.
  • Data Management: Help maintain and map sales data, ensuring its quality and accuracy, especially within regional segments.
  • Forecasting: Develop accurate customer program forecasts to improve the precision of sales demand predictions. Collaborate with the business management team to meet financial targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Ensure the sales pipeline is robust and healthy to support future revenue growth. Monitor and drive progress within the sales funnel.
  • Metrics and Scorecards: Create and manage performance metrics and scorecards to hold the sales team accountable for their goals.
  • Gap Analysis: Use funnel analytics to model and identify gaps in the sales process, helping to refine and improve strategies for segment growth.
  • Target Setting: Assist in setting performance targets for design-in initiatives and track progress towards these goals.
  • Sales Training: Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Business Tools: Develop and manage tools that aid in business management, including planning processes and regular performance reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a similar role within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create complex reports and analyses.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and market dynamics.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
