- Monthly forecast sharing with OSATs
- Follow up on monthly OSATs forecast commit allocation & negotiation.
- OSATs loading launching & management.
- Monitor & drive OSATs delivery performance & inventory /WIP status.
- Work with OSATs support Renesas business requirement/expectation. .
- OSAT strategy management (identify subcons constraint , propose solution and execute the plan ) .
- Activate technical/engineering support, as and when needed to clear issue that impact delivery/performance.
- Coordinate OSATs annual inventory reconciliation activity.
- Manage DOI & avoidances plan.
