Overall Requirements:
Currently, we are searching for an Order Entry Clerk Level I to help further the company’s vision and to support the Order Entry Department. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with outside customers to process/issue RMAs into ERP system, send to customer so units can be returned for repair
- RMA’s/orders must be entered with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner, with supervision from order manager
- Perform price changes and cancel orders/RMA’S, as required
- Amend orders/RMAs based on customer requirement
- Reviews and makes necessary corrections to information entered
- Maintains confidential information
- Perform other job-related duties as required
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma
Additional Qualifications:
- Customer service industry work experience preferred.
- Previous data entry experience an asset
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
- Adaptive at learning new systems
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Knowledge of Advance Pro, FSM, Salesforce or other ERP systems considered an asset
- Experience/knowledge of telecommunications technology considered an asset
