Overall Requirements:

Our Sales Department is looking for an experienced, high-energy Demand Generation Specialist. The Demand Generation Specialist is a critical member of the Marketing team, responsible for executing a multi-channel strategy that generates high-quality leads and drives revenue growth. This role will focus on email marketing, social media, paid advertising, website optimization, and the development of an ecommerce RFQ platform to generate leads for both equipment sales and repair services.

By aligning with Sales and future Inside Sales teams, while leveraging data-driven marketing initiatives, this position ensures a seamless Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Accepted Qualified Lead (SAQL) pipeline, ultimately contributing to the company’s revenue expansion and market growth.

Responsibilities:

· Email Marketing Execution

o Design, execute, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns focused on high-value verticals (e.g., Private Networks, Telecom OEMs, Enterprise IT).

o Segment audiences to ensure personalized, data-driven outreach that improves engagement and conversion rates.

o A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to continuously enhance performance.

· Demand Generation Campaigns

o Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies, including:

o Social media campaigns (LinkedIn, industry forums)

o Digital ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising)

o Webinars and industry engagement events

o Identify and engage decision-makers within target markets, nurturing them into MQLs.

      • Leverage marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.

· Website Enhancements & SEO

o Work closely with Sales & Development teams to optimize the company website for lead generation.

o Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and drive higher MQL conversions.

o Deploy lead capture systems with marketing automation integrations for real-time MQL handoff to sales.

o Improve website UX to ensure higher engagement and reduced bounce rates.

· Development of an E-Commerce RFQ Platform

o Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of an RFQ (Request for Quote) platform that streamlines equipment sales and repair services.

o Ensure the platform provides a seamless, user-friendly experience, allowing customers to quickly request quotes.

o Implement tracking tools to monitor RFQ conversion rates and refine the platform’s impact on lead generation.

· Collaboration with Inside Sales

o Partner with Sales/Inside Sales to align lead generation efforts.

o Establish lead scoring criteria to ensure that only high-quality MQLs are passed to the sales team.

o Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, RFQ activity, and lead quality to optimize follow-up strategies.

· Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate $2M in RFQs annually.

· Market Expansion: Identify and engage new high-value verticals, while optimizing existing market penetration.
