We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Your responsibilities
Responsibilities
· Lead and maintain regular dashboards and reports to track core e-commerce KPIs such as Sales, Page Views (PV), Conversion Rates (CR) across all online channels.
· Manage e-commerce P&L reports and deliver e-commerce strategic insights from P&L perspective
· Responsible in planning and forecasting total e-commerce demand and P&L simulation.
· Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to support the e-business development teams in optimizing sales strategies.
· Consolidate and analyze stock availability reports from each platform to support daily business functions
· Monitor pricing trends and ensure competitiveness of official stores compared to marketplace sellers and key competitors.
· Collaborate with Finance on key P&L processes including trade spend forecasting, accruals management, and claim validation.
· Ensure data accuracy across all reports and continuously improve the data collection and reporting process.
· Support strategic projects through in-depth data analysis and other Ad-hoc analysis
The experience we're looking for
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in business, Economics or related fields.
· 3-5 years of working experience. Prior experience working with leading FMCG companies or e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
· Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills; able to draw conclusions and make recommendations from complex data sets.
· Familiar with corporate finance and P&L management; understand fundamental finance elements and derive business recommendations.
· Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, advanced formulas); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
· Able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
