About the role
The role of HealthCare Sales Force System Administrator & Analyst is to manage and maintain our sales force systems & applications. This role is responsible to support system updates, integrations, and maintenance while ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction and leading the data governance process to maintain the integrity of our data and data stewardship. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive automation, reporting, and system improvements.
This role is also the key point contact of the medical sales force related to daily system related operation support and contributing to sales force effectiveness processes.
Your responsibilities
**Fixed term position 1 year**
System & Platform Administration
Manage and maintain the Sales Force platform for web and iPad, ensuring performance, security, data integrity, and compliance. Lead system updates, upgrades, documentation, and change request management.
Sales Operations Support
Support Healthcare Sales Effectiveness initiatives, including the Call Planning Master Plan and tools used for yearly sales objective planning.
Integrations & Automation
Lead platform integrations and collaborate with analytics teams to improve automation, data flow, and system efficiency.
Support & Troubleshooting
Provide ongoing system support, resolve issues, and act as the primary contact and local champion for Sales Force users in Canada.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop weekly/monthly call plans and KPI scorecards; support quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
Additional Systems Leadership
Serve as system lead for hospital and community support platforms as required.
Onboarding & Compliance
Lead system onboarding for new employees and ensure compliant and accurate call recording.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Build strong partnerships across sales, marketing, finance, quality, hospital operations, and global teams to enhance business performance.
The experience we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support and/or application support.
- Proven experience as a LifeScience System Administrator or similar role.
- Experience with system updates, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms and integrated system environments.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.Interest in data, reporting, and system analytics.
- Solid understanding of project management concepts, process flows, and sales force operations; healthcare sales operations experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to represent user needs and escalate issues appropriately.
- Self‑motivated, independent, and able to exercise sound judgment.
- Strong organizational ability to manage multiple priorities and view issues from multiple perspectives; demonstrates agility, flexibility, and patience when working with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong computer proficiency, including spreadsheets, word processing, data retrieval/analysis, presentation tools, and database software.
- English essential; French is a strong asset.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with both remote and in‑office stakeholders.

What we offer
Salary Range
CAD $80,000.00 - $120,000.00
