About the role

As a HR Analyst at Reckitt's Shared Services Centre, you will dive into data-driven environments where your insights have the power to shape our HR landscape. Your responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Ensuring smooth and timely execution of key HR operation processes.

  • Delivers end‑to‑end employee life cycle support—onboarding, job transfers/changes, and offboarding with accurate system updates and cross‑functional coordination.

  • This position ensures compliance with company policies and local labor requirements while maintaining accurate HR records and delivering a consistent, positive employee experience throughout each stage of the employee journey.

Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Verify monthly payroll change inputs related to new hires, terminations, leave settlements, and other basic changes.

  • Coordinate with global payroll team for HK & TW on simple queries and data submission.

  • Provide support for benefits enrolment, updates, and employee inquiries.

  • Preparation of certain tax‑related information and communication with the vendors

HR Administration & Documentation

  • Maintain up-to-date employee personnel files and ensure proper document archiving to ensure timely updates and audits in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Maintain the employee job information in the HR system and ensure its timeliness and accuracy.

  • Support employment letter preparation including confirmation letters, transfer letters, and verification letters.

  • Prepare Internal communication email such as public holiday notification etc.

  • Support HR relevant payment application

  • Employee annual medical check arrangement

  • Support the commercial processes of the contract signing workflow and vendor creation in the finance system.

Employee Support

  • Serve as first contact point for employees regarding HR operations, onboarding/offboarding status, and HR documentation.

  • Ensure timely and clear communication with employees and managers.

The experience we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.

  • Solid understanding of Hong Kong labor regulations; familiarity with Taiwan regulations is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is preferred.

  • Service-oriented, with the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

  • Demonstrates strong learning agility and a willingness to develop expertise in HR regulations and operational processes.
