About the role
The MSA/TSA PMO is responsible for executing the governance framework for Supply Manufacturing Service Agreements (MSA) and Transition Service Agreements (TSA) related to EH Carve Out. This role ensures operational continuity, manages change requests, and escalates unresolved issues in line with the defined governance model. It serves as the first point of contact for governance and change management, supporting regional and global forums.
This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.
Your responsibilities
- Governance Management
- Lead weekly PMO connect meetings and maintain governance cadence.
- Prepare consolidated KPIs for operational oversight and decision making.
- Support monthly regional and global performance reviews with scorecards and decision-making materials.
- Change Management
- Log, validate, and project manage change requests (including CAPEX/OPEX and exit management).
- Conduct initial impact assessments and coordinate with regional PMOs and site PMs as well as Supply Leaders in the regions.
- Escalation Handling
- Act as L1 Point of Contact for unresolved issues within local processes.
- Project manage escalations: push to factory or market level, escalate to L2/L3 forums as required.
- Liaise with TSA PMO Lead for escalations requiring TSA SteerCo or Deal Principals.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the “Relationship Manager” per MSA/TSA agreement.
- Interface with TSA office on key risks, issues, and escalation status.
- Respond to local MSA/TSA queries related to governance and change requests.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain governance documentation and change logs.
- Ensure adherence to approved guidelines and escalation rules.
- Support audit readiness and compliance with contractual obligations.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related fields.
- 5+ years in Supply Chain Operations, supply chain governance, or operational management.
- Proven experience in change management and cross-functional coordination.
- Exposure to contractual frameworks (MSA/TSA) and global supply operations preferred but not mandatory.

US salary ranges
USD $156,000.00 - $234,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
