About the role

The Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing improvements in operational and administrative processes, with the goal of increasing productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring the quality of products or services.

Your responsibilities

• Obtain the OEE calculation for filling lines.
• Map and document current processes.
• Detect inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks through data analysis and KPIs.
• Propose and support solutions based on Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Participate in operational optimization projects and ensure correct implementation.
• Measure the impact of improvements on cost, time, and quality.
• Prepare reports and executive information related to OEE and process performance.

• Reject incomplete or incorrect documentation and request necessary corrections.
• Enforce compliance with established procedures and escalate deviations.
• Report recurring errors, incidents, near misses, and identified risks.
• Suspend activities if unsafe conditions are detected and request PPE use when applicable.
• Participate in investigations when required.

The experience we're looking for

• Educational background in engineering, sciences, business or any related area is welcome, relevant experience is equally valued.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, plus experience working with and analyzing datasets.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps.
• Training or certifications in SAP (desirable).
• Experience or exposure to operational processes, quality, continuous improvement or project coordination.

• Understanding of OEE calculation and performance indicators.
• Ability to carry out statistical analysis.
• Basic English (desirable).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

The skills for success

• SAP proficiency.
• Knowledge in OEE calculation.
• Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Six Sigma (basic).
• Process management.
• Performance indicators (KPIs).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
• Application of tools such as 5S and root cause analysis (Ishikawa, 5 Why’s).
• Identification of waste and bottlenecks.
• Ability to detect discrepancies and inconsistencies in OEE calculation.
• Effective communication with operational and administrative areas.
