About the role
We're searching for a Supply Finance Controller / Supply Finance Business Partner for a fixed‑term role who is ready to become an integral part of Reckitt's dedicated finance team. In this position, your expertise will play a vital role in partnering with Supply and functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, ensure P&L accountability, and oversee logistics, warehousing, and inventory processes.The ideal candidate is hands‑on, commercially minded, and thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Your responsibilities
- Lead Supply Finance planning, forecasting, and business partnering for Canada.
- Drive margin performance through analytics, portfolio mix reviews, and operational actions.
- Manage supply cost plans, KPI reviews, and spend optimization initiatives.
- Partner with Supply leadership on strategic priorities and cost productivity projects.
- Ensure robust financial reporting, systems, and processes to simplify and support business needs.
The experience we're looking for
- Professional Finance certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, MBA).5–7 years post-qualification experience.
- Highly preferred: Commercial Finance or FP&A experience in CPG industry.
- Strong commercial acumen, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experienced in partnering with executive leadership.
- Holistic P&L understanding and strategic thinking.
- Leadership skills: ability to drive change, communicate effectively, and lead teams.
- Results-oriented, collaborative, and resourceful in a dynamic environment
