About the role
As a member of the Insights & Analytics team, the Consumer Insights Analyst enables data-driven decision making by managing consumer research programs, producing business performance scorecards, and delivering actionable insights. This role requires strong market research expertise and proficiency in SPSS to analyze complex datasets, execute tracking studies, and support strategic planning across multiple business channels.
Your responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and project management of ongoing consumer tracking studies, ensuring timelines, supplier coordination, and quality control. Must have strong survey design skills
- Develop SPSS syntax for ad hoc analyses, including statistical testing and data manipulation to support custom reporting and insights
- Support the production of monthly and quarterly business performance scorecards, integrating consumer and digital data, and provide clear commentary on performance drivers and trends
- Deliver standardized digital marketing reports and partner with stakeholders to interpret results and recommend optimizations
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on consumer datasets to uncover trends, behaviors, and actionable insights that inform marketing and business strategies
- Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Identify opportunities to improve research processes and reduce turnaround times through automation, templates, and data visualization tools

The experience we're looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Social Sciences, Business Analytics, or related field
- 2–5 years of hands-on market research experience with emphasis on quantitative methods (survey design, sampling, weighting, reporting)
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS for data management and statistical analysis
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills; ability to communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with digital analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SalesForce)
- Experience managing external research vendors and ensuring quality deliverables
