We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, eager to learn, Field Sales Representative (Pharmacy Partner) to join our team at Reckitt Belgium team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our portfolio of strong leading OTC brands (NUROFEN, STREPSILS, GAVISCON, DETTOL & DUREX) to independent & chain pharmacies in the Brussels area.

This position will begin as a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing relationships with pharmacists by understanding their needs. Be able to identify those needs and translate them in unleashing opportunities for the reckitt pharma business in Aalst.
  • Overdrive Store Excellence through effective merchandising (visibility, POS etc) and promotional activities in pharmacies.
  • Provide product training and support to pharmacists to ensure they are knowledgeable about our brands and can effectively recommend them to their patients
  • Capability to read sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop strategies in your region to increase sales results
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient operations

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 0–2 years of sales experience internships, student jobs, or early career roles in FMCG/pharma or customer‑facing environments are a strong plus.
  • Motivated and results‑driven, eager to learn how to unlock displays, negotiate contracts, and drive sales volumes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with pharmacists and healthcare professionals.
  • Fluent in French & English (spoken and written).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to spend most of the day on the road visiting clients.
  • Proactive, curious, and enthusiastic about developing a career in field sales.
