Your responsibilities
- Craft and execute robust strategies to meet or exceed business objectives and deliver on revenue goals.
- IT&D Manager-Factory Operations is a key role within the IT supply organisation and build relationships
- Cultivate enduring relationships with stakeholders and harmoniously collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Analyse market trends and competitor moves to uncover opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Uphold our reputation for integrity by ensuring all activities are compliant with legal standards and company policies.
- Prudently manage budgets and allocate resources to catalyse business success.
The experience we're looking for
- Proven expertise in senior management within the IT & D sector.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science
- Experience of working in a complex organisation with a global scope. FMCG experience desirable but not essential (3 + years
- Demonstrable Manufacturing process understanding and proficiency; experience with IT Operating Model alongside Industrial Automation and Industry 4.0
- Project Management and Change Management skills desirable
- Demonstrated success in fostering business growth and achieving financial targets.
- Strong leadership capabilities that encourage team development and performance.
- Clear communication and adept interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting at all organisational levels.
- A strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic business landscape.
- Skilled in digital strategy, cyber security, data governance, and driving digital transformation.
- Proficient in managing complex stakeholder relationships and engaging diverse groups to achieve common goals
- Knowledge of key Industrial Automation and Data Analytics systems desirable.
