About the role

We’re looking for an IT&D Manager, Strategy & Operations to help shape Reckitt’s digital future. You’ll play a key role in the Global Platforms Strategy & Operations team, driving day-to-day operations in line with our vision and business objectives. This role focuses on operationalizing IT&D governance, quality, and compliance, using data and analytics to track performance and guide improvements. You’ll assess demand and investments to maximize resources and build strong partnerships across IT&D and business teams to deliver impactful digital capabilities worldwide.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide visibility on Financial and Procurement trends and forecasts versus plans and suggests recommendations as to whether elements should continue as-is, be significantly changed, placed on hold or discontinued.
  • Ensure the Procurement and Financial ways of working and data and report accuracy are consistent across all the Platform groups.
  • Engage with the Global Platforms leads to consolidate and have a single view of all contracts and vendors, and support closure of any disputes or discussions that may arise.
  • Partner with Platforms managers to understand and improve their KPI/Reporting requirements.
  • Lead PowerBI Team to drive a prioritised product roadmap ensuring deliverables are within time and scope, and manage any escalations or blockers.
  • Develop with the Strategy & Ops Senior Manager the Global Platforms Learning Strategy to upskill our teams.
  • Partner with Adoption Lead to drive the usage of existing tools within the platform team (e.g. LeanIX, SPM, ADO, PowerBI, SharePoint) and provide feedback on internal content as necessary (e.g. newsletters/ SharePoint, weekly updates, feeds)
  • Explore and integrate cutting-edge tools, capabilities and technologies, uplifting Global Platforms stature within IT&D and Reckitt.
  • Execute special projects

The experience we're looking for

  • 5 Years experience in IT Strategy & Ops roles
  • Strong background in programme and project management, vendor management, organisational change management, demand management, resource and capacity management, prioritisation and value realisation.
  • Solid IT delivery background, ideally with understanding of different technologies and platforms, and ability to work directly with IT teams
  • Working knowledge of MS 365 and co-related Apps: MS Teams, Viva Engage, SharePoint, Forms, Sway and Planner.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills tailored for a large global IT organisation
  • Good business acumen with experience of budget management
  • Software delivery methodologies (eg. Waterfall) or Agile program management methodologies (eg, SAFE, Scrum, DSDM)
